THE HISTORY
Initially formed in 1976 as Bernstein & Bernstein, by Jules Bernstein (deceased-2012) and Arnold I. Bernstein, the practice now includes a third-generation member, Ariella Bernstein, who is admitted in both New York and Florida.
Arnold Bernstein was admitted to practice law in 1976. The practice originally focused on real estate and estate planning. In the early 1980’s Arnold Bernstein expanded their practice include representation of individuals in personal injury matters with an emphases on construction site accidents Labor-Law cases.
Ariella Bernstein is admitted to both New York and Florida, and we serve the legal needs of our Florida clients. Stephen A. Skor is admitted in New York and Connecticut.
